PathPresenter Secures $7.5 Million to Drive Adoption of Digital Pathology Workflow Solutions

PathPresenter, a global image-sharing platform for pathology, has secured $7.5 million in Series A funding to accelerate the adoption of its enterprise pathology workflow solution. The funding round was led by AVANT BIO, with support from Barco NV and Modi Ventures. The investment will be used to enhance platform features, boost interoperability, expand the engineering and commercial teams, and achieve key regulatory milestones.

Founded by dermatopathologist and digital pathology expert Dr. Rajendra Singh, PathPresenter initially started as a free online tool for pathology education. It quickly grew into the world’s largest digital pathology community, boasting over 50,000 users across 172 countries. To meet institutional demands, PathPresenter developed a secure, scalable enterprise platform designed for clinical care, remote consultations, and research.
