Sidra Medicine, a Qatar Foundation entity, will host specialized masterclasses on December 1-2, 2024, in Doha, as a precursor to the Precision Medicine and the Future of Genomics (PMFG) 2024 Summit. These sessions, designed for healthcare professionals and researchers, will focus on practical skills and insights aligned with PMFG 2024 themes.

Three masterclasses are open for registration. The **RARE-GEN Genomic Analysis Masterclass**, hosted by the Metabolic Disorders Clinical Research Program, GA4GH, and ClinGen, offers hands-on training in rare disease genomic analysis. Experts from Sidra Medicine, Qatar Computing Research Institute, and Qatar Precision Health Institute will lead sessions on genome data analysis.

The **FLAGSHIP Generative AI Masterclass**, co-hosted by Sidra Medicine and Vitafluence.ai, explores the transformative role of generative AI in advancing life sciences and healthcare innovations.

The **GIFT-GC Masterclass**, organized in collaboration with the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, focuses on case-based learning and training for genetic counselors, led by Sidra Medicine’s Genetic and Metabolic Clinical Research Program.

Participants will gain direct access to global experts, such as Dr. Marina DiStefano from ClinGen, Dr. Peter Owotoki of Vitafluence.ai, and Dr. Ammira Al Shabeeb Akil of Sidra Medicine, enhancing skills in areas like gene curation, genetic counseling, and AI in biomedical research. These sessions provide an excellent platform for in-depth learning and professional networking, setting the stage for PMFG 2024, taking place December 3-5, 2024.
