Redcliffe Labs Expands in South India with Acquisition of Celara Diagnostics

Redcliffe Labs, a leading omnichannel diagnostics service provider in India, has expanded its presence in South India with the acquisition of Bengaluru-based Celara Diagnostics. This move strengthens Redcliffe’s mission to provide high-quality, accessible diagnostics services across the region.

Celara Diagnostics, known for its cutting-edge facilities in advanced radiology and pathology, will now be integrated into Redcliffe’s extensive network. Celara’s two centers in Bengaluru, located in Basavanagudi and Shivaji Nagar, offer comprehensive diagnostic services, including specialized tests in radiology and pathology.

The acquisition brings Celara’s founders, Dr. Radhesh S. and Dr. Rekha Radhesh, into Redcliffe Labs’ leadership team. Dr. Radhesh, an expert in cardiovascular and neuroimaging, and a seasoned diagnostics entrepreneur, will play a key role in Redcliffe’s further expansion. Dr. Rekha, a distinguished pathologist, strengthens Redcliffe’s focus on diagnostic accuracy and patient care.

This strategic integration allows Redcliffe Labs to offer an expanded range of services, including over 3,600 tests covering advanced radiology, biochemistry, hematology, molecular and genomic testing, and more. With improved turnaround times and enhanced customer experience, Redcliffe aims to raise the standards of diagnostics across Karnataka.
