PacBio’s Onso Platform Joins 10x Genomics Compatible Partner Program, Expanding High-Accuracy Sequencing Solutions

PacBio , a leader in high-accuracy genomic sequencing, announced the inclusion of its Onso short-read sequencing platform in the 10x Genomics Compatible Partner Program. This program highlights instruments and workflows that integrate seamlessly with 10x Genomics’ products, broadening sequencing options for researchers globally.

The Onso platform offers exceptional accuracy in short-read sequencing and complements 10x Genomics’ tools for single-cell and spatial biology applications.
