Redcliffe Labs, a leading pan-India omnichannel diagnostics service provider, has announced a key leadership transition to advance its mission of democratizing access to quality diagnostics across India. Co-founder Aditya Kandoi has been appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO), while Dheeraj Jain assumes the role of Chairman of the Board.
In his new role, Aditya Kandoi aims to amplify Redcliffe Labs' vision of "Giving every Indian the Right to Quality Diagnostics." Addressing critical gaps in healthcare accessibility, Aditya has introduced a strategic framework centered on four pillars: awareness, affordability, accuracy, and accessibility. The company will drive targeted campaigns to promote preventive care while delivering high-quality diagnostics to underserved populations. Aditya’s leadership will focus on expanding Redcliffe Labs’ services beyond metro and Tier I cities to Tier II, III, and IV regions.
“At Redcliffe Labs, we are committed to redefining healthcare accessibility through innovation and operational excellence,” said Aditya Kandoi. “Our goal is to empower individuals across Bharat with quality diagnostics, enabling them to take control of their health.”
Dheeraj Jain, transitioning to Chairman of the Board after six years as CEO, will provide strategic oversight and mentorship to guide Redcliffe Labs through its next phase of growth. “Aditya’s visionary leadership will propel Redcliffe Labs to new heights as we continue to innovate and redefine healthcare standards nationwide,” he said.
Founded in 2018, Redcliffe Labs has rapidly grown into a premier diagnostics provider, operating 80+ labs, 2,000+ collection centers, and home collection services across 220+ cities, serving over 7 million patients to date.
