GRM Information Management of Jersey City, NJ, and HistoWiz of Long Island City, NY, have expanded their partnership, enhancing their comprehensive pathology services. The partnership now includes HistoWiz as a client of GRM’s pathology storage services. Under the agreement, GRM will store HistoWiz’s collection of pathology slides at its Jersey City facility, where they will be kept in a temperature and humidity-controlled vault by GRM’s specialized pathology storage team.
This collaboration builds on GRM's existing pathology services for hospitals and physician practices in the New York metropolitan area, offering clients access to GRM’s online portal for easy management of their pathology collections. GRM CEO, Avner Schneur, noted that the partnership is mutually beneficial, with both organizations recognizing and appreciating the quality of each other’s services.
HistoWiz’s COO, Jerry Kuang, highlighted that moving the collection to GRM was a natural progression, given GRM’s expertise and high operational standards.
In addition to physical storage, GRM offers digital workflow automation through its cloud-based VisualVault platform, streamlining lab requisition processes by eliminating manual inefficiencies.
GRM specializes in document and data management, including document storage, scanning, destruction, business process management (BPM), and enterprise content management (ECM) solutions, with offices in 15 major U.S. cities and locations in Latin America.
