TVM Capital Healthcare Invests in Human Longevity Inc. to Drive Global Expansion of Precision Medicine

TVM Capital Healthcare, a global healthcare expansion firm, has made an equity investment in Human Longevity Inc. (HLI), a San Francisco-based leader in precision medicine and longevity science. Founded by Dr. J. Craig Venter in 2013, HLI aims to extend healthy life spans through its groundbreaking work in genomics, advanced imaging, and AI-driven health risk platforms. The company provides pre-symptomatic diagnoses and highly personalized treatments designed to prevent avoidable diseases, positioning it as a key player in the rapidly growing longevity medicine field.

This investment, provided through the Saudi Arabia-focused TVM Healthcare Afiyah Fund LP, will support HLI’s expansion in the U.S. and drive its entry into key international markets, including Saudi Arabia and Southeast Asia. Saudi Arabia is particularly receptive to innovative healthcare models like HLI’s, with government-backed initiatives such as the Saudi Human Genome Program and the Hevolution Foundation. The latter, based in Riyadh, is a global non-profit organization focused on investing in life science companies and research projects in the longevity field.

Dr. Venter, Co-Founder and Chief Scientific Advisor of HLI, highlighted the importance of staying ahead of aging and illness, stating that HLI’s platform could save millions of lives and significantly lower healthcare costs in the future. The investment from TVM Capital Healthcare will enable the company to strengthen its global leadership in longevity medicine while expanding into markets that recognize the potential of precision medicine and preventive healthcare.
