Who are we?
Based out of IIT Bombay, HaystackAnalytics is a HealthTech company creating clinical genomics products, which enable diagnostic labs and hospitals to offer accurate and personalized diagnostics. Supported by India's most respected science agencies (DST, BIRAC, DBT), we created and launched a portfolio of products to offer genomics in infectious diseases. Our genomics based diagnostic solution for Tuberculosis was recognized as one of top innovations supported by BIRAC in the past 10 years, and was launched by the Prime Minister of India in the BIRAC Showcase event in Delhi, 2022.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and engagement.
2. Oversee and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including social media, search, and display.
3. Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI.
4. Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign data to make data-backed decisions.
5. Collaborate with the creative team to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.
7. Monitor and report on key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
9. Identify opportunities for growth and expansion in the media and content space.
10. Hands on experience on Meta ads, Google ads and other DSPs & SSPs
